Q: How do I sign up for restock notifications?
If you enter your email address on the product page after logging in, we will notify you by email when the product is back in stock.
Q: Where can I ask questions about products?

Q: Are out of stock items not restocked?
Products marked as out of stock might be restocked soon.
Shipping
Q: When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days after successful payment.
Q: How are items shipped and how long will delivery take?
Our shop is located in South Korea, and all items are shipped via registered airmail from South Korea.
Q: I want to change the recipient information
The shipping address only can be changed before shipment. It is not possible to change the shipping address if the items are already shipped. In addition, the customer is responsible for any loss or return costs incurred due to incorrect recipient information after delivery.
Q: Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package online.
Q: What about expedited Shipping?
If you need your order quickly, we offer Express Shipping via FedEx Express or EMS. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days after shipped. Expedited Shipping fees are based on weight and destination, with the final cost shown in the shopping cart.

Q: I want to change the product I ordered
If the product is in the preparation stage, you can make changes by contacting the customer center, but changes are not possible after delivery. Please return the product and reorder after receiving it.

After adding the desired products to your shopping cart and making payment, your order is complete.
